Quality, responsibility and sustainability

At the present day in particular the responsible treatment of people, machinery and the environment is an integral part of our corporate culture and is firmly anchored in the Paragon Customer Communications mission statement. Paragon Customer Communications attaches great value to high safety and quality standards across the entire value-added chain – from incoming goods and address services via the entire production process right across to response management and fulfillment. The subjects of the environment and sustainability are also firmly integrated in our quality management system. Each of our production processes is designed to be sustainable and is constantly checked and monitored.

ISO 9001:2015

The primary objective of our company is the satisfaction of our customers. We therefore work in accordance with the strict quality standards of the ISO 9001:2015 norm. On the basis of this quality management system we demonstrate that quality orientation and continuous performance improvement determine our thinking and our actions in each individual process. ISO IEC 27001

The security of customer, personal and company data is a matter of trust. Paragon Customer Communications therefore works according to international standards for information security and has been certified in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001 at its Nýřany (CZ) and Wieliczka (PL) locations.

FSC® environmental certificate

Paragon Customer Communications is entitled to produce FSC® certified products. This certificate confirms that the wood used for paper production comes from forests which are managed in an environmentally and socially responsible manner worldwide. The following locations enjoy certification: Schwandorf (D) FSC-C111946 , Nýřany (CZ) FSC-C142397 and Wieliczka (PL) FSC-C130931.

PEFC™ certification indicates that Paragon Customer Communications offers products which support the responsible use of resources and make an active contribution to conserving forests.

Process Standards in offset print and digital print

Paragon Customer Communications is certified according to process standards offset print (LIVING PSO!®) and process standards digital print (LIVING PSD!®). The certification includes light audit according to ISO 3664:2009, control of proofing according to ISO 12647-7:2016 (FOGRA 39/47 + FOGRA 51/52 OBA), production of CtP printing plates as well as production print by means of digital printing according to ISO 12647-8:2013 and rotary offset printing according to ISO 12647-2:2013 (FOGRA 39/47 + FOGRA 51/52 OBA).

ISO 50001:2011 Energy management system

Paragon Customer Communications has introduced an energy management system in accordance with Norm ISO 50001. Thanks to constant optimisation of our processes and procedures in production and the purchase of energy efficient products and services we ensure ongoing improvement of specific energy consumption in all sections of the company.

ISO 14001 Environmental management system

Today environmentally conscious economic activities are more important than ever. Therefore, Paragon Customer Communications pays attention to an environmentally friendly and sustainable production, uses particularly environmentally sound or recyclable materials and sets aside everything that harms the environment more than necessary. Certified consignor DIALOGPOST

In a standardized audit, Paragon Customer Communications fulfilled the requirements for a reliable and GTC-compliant delivery of DIALOGPOST consignments and is awarded as a certified consignor of DIALOGPOST at Deutsche Post AG.

DDV seal of quality

This quality seal issued by the German dialogue Marketing Association (DDV) certifies that Paragon Customer Communications meets the standards of quality and performance of the Council's 'Direct Mail Services' and represents a guarantee of particularly good, consumer-focused and client-oriented operations. The areas of data processing, lettershop and fulfilment are assessed.

Paragon Customer Communications has been tested in a special process by the Austrian postal service and awarded the 'Post - certified lettershop' seal of approval for compliance with postal accuracy, provision of standard services and the required quality of service.

Silver in the "PrintStars 2012"

In the "PrintStars 2012" industry competition Paragon Customer Communications won Silver in the "Direct Mailing" category with a high-quality self-mailer for Telekom Germany. With this product the jury had particular praise for the good idea behind the card and its elaborate technical implementation featuring a filigree laser cut. The main challenge consisted of ensuring that the delicate edging of the laser cut was not damaged when it was inserted in the self-mailer pocket provided for this. This was only possible by manual packaging – and that with a circulation of 500,000 copies.

Special award in the "PrintStars2011"

In the "PrintStars 2011″ industry competition Paragon Customer Communications has, with a highly individualized mailing for the PAYBACK bonus card provider, won first place in the category of "Special high-volume printing". With the help of a new four-colour ink personalisation it was possible to produce the high-volume coupon sheet fully variably and from a single width, along with the letter and the service form.
